Warranty and Return:

We pride ourselves in our product quality and strict quality control, but to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 15 Days Return Warranty. Defective merchandise is subject to return or compensation within 15 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, the major difference between the photographed product and the product received.

Ⅰ. Return Process

If you had any problem after you received your item, please send an email to our customer service: support@fofopop.com. To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us with pictures that display the problem.

Once we have the complaint form back or the details, we will reply you in 24 hours on working days;

Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

After we confirm the return information, you need to ship the returned product within 10 days.

II. Return Policy

1 You can return items within 15 days after delivery. We have friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need to do is to contact us and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number.

2 Items should not be worn out nor washed and the label should be attached.

3 We are responsible or partially responsible for all following defective items within 15 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, the major difference between the photographed product and the product received.

4 If the buyer has chosen the wrong size/color or does like the item (item is not faulty), we can allow return once we receive all the information in point. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned merchandise.

5 Purchases of swimwear as well as underwear are final and cannot be returned due hygiene reasons.

6 We accept all returns for free shipping（US only) except flash sale items

III. Exchange& Refund

You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a refund once we received your returned items.

Ⅳ. Shipping Fee

Fofopop is not liable for shipping fee under the following:

1 Fofopop does not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reasons.

2 Customer ‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
