Warranty and Returns

At FOFOPOP, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

You can return items within 10 days after delivery. We have friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need to do is to contact us and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number.

Return Process

If you had any problem after you received your item, please send an email to our customer service: support@fofopop.com. To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process, please send us your order number and describe the issue and provide us with pictures that display the problem.

Once we have the complaint form back or the details, we will reply you in 24 hours on working days.


Additional notes about Warranty

1 All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

2 Purchases of swimwear as well as underwear are final and cannot be returned due hygiene reasons.

3 Free returns in the US only,except flash sale items.

Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) are not free returns.

(If the product left is less than $69, a shipping fee of $5 will be charged)

4 When part of the product is refunded,the discount will be calculated on the price of your reserved product not the original discount.

5 After reaching the refund agreement, you need to send out the return package within 10 days.


Our Solutions
1. FOFOPOP'S Responsibility:
If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when FOFOPOP is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

2.Customer's responsibility:
Incorrect order(size of item)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
