2 Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. Please leave your correct email box so that we could send you a tracking number and website to check once your item is sent.
3 Tips for shipping.
(1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during the checkout process.
(2) Your address should be detailed enough, even include an apartment or unit number. If the package cannot be delivered because of the wrong address left by the customer, FOFOPOP is not responsible for the order.
(3) Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives in your country's facility. Especially for standard shipping, kindly allow 6-15 working days of shipment to your address, even possible " not found ". Thanks for your patience.
(4) The package is lost on the way. FOFOPOP will take responsibility. We will re-ship or refund for you.
The package is lost after delivery (front door), we can re-ship it for you but we cannot give you a refund.
